This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit www.juandanilo.com, on what legal basis, and the rights you have. We take a privacy-first approach: this website uses no advertising, profiling or third party tracking.

2. What we collect, and why

Server log files. When you open the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data needed to deliver the pages and keep the service secure: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data or used to identify you.

Server logs are retained by the hosting provider for a short period for security purposes and are then deleted.

Contact by email. If you write to us using the address above, the data you provide (your name, email address and the content of your message) is processed solely to handle your enquiry, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We keep this correspondence only as long as necessary.

3. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across sites. It stores two preferences in your browser’s localStorage: jd_privacy_ack remembers that you have acknowledged the privacy notice, and jd_lang_hint prevents the language suggestion from appearing again after you close it or follow it. You can delete both entries at any time by clearing this website’s stored data in your browser settings.

Your chosen language is also remembered in jd_lang_hint. You can change it in the language selector or remove it by clearing this site’s stored data.

4. Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare’s global network, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare processes the server log and security data described above as a processor on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. Where data is transferred outside the EU, it is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

5. Cookie-free analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregate statistics on visits and website performance, without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. No advertising networks or social media pixels are embedded. Fonts and images are served from this website’s own domain.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request rectification of inaccurate data;
• request erasure of your data;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• data portability, where applicable.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Hungary this is the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), naih.hu.
