This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit www.juandanilo.com, on what legal basis, and the rights you have. We take a privacy-first approach: this website uses no advertising, profiling or third party tracking.

2. What we collect, and why

Server log files. When you open the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data needed to deliver the pages and keep the service secure: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data or used to identify you.

Server logs are retained by the hosting provider for a short period for security purposes and are then deleted.

Contact by email. If you write to us using the address above, the data you provide (your name, email address and the content of your message) is processed solely to handle your enquiry, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We keep this correspondence only as long as necessary.

3. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across sites. The only storage used is a single technical entry saved in your browser to remember that you have seen the privacy notice, so it is not shown again. This is strictly necessary for that function and stores no personal data. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

4. Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare’s global network, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare processes the server log and security data described above as a processor on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. 5. No third party trackers

No advertising networks, social media pixels, or analytics services are embedded in this website. Fonts and images are served from the same domain, so visiting the site sends no data to third parties beyond the hosting provider.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request rectification of inaccurate data;
• request erasure of your data;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• data portability, where applicable.
